The IQM Safeguarding & Well Being in School Awards provides schools with an Internationally recognised validation of their safeguarding practices and ongoing commitment to developing a safe school.
Our Mission
- To assess and audit schools Safeguarding and wellbeing structures and Systems
- To ascertain if set Safeguarding structures and systems align with ethical principles and global best practices
- To enable school develop safeguarding actions plans that are strategic, coordinated and practical
- To help schools create an environment where a child is safe from abuse, empowered to report abuse and supported through abuse.
Our Certifications
At IQM the certification process is an external validation of the commitment of schools to best practices in Safeguarding and WellBeing which enables the school to publicly display the IQM Safeguarding Logo. This logo implies that during the audit period the school evidenced best practice in safeguarding and wellbeing.
IQM offers a renewal-based certification method to encourage accountability and further development of improved safeguarding practice
